Location:
This property is located 25 miles south of the town of Lovelock in Churchill County, Nevada. The mining of high-grade copper-silver-gold mineralization from the Copper Kettle mine located within the property occurred between 1908 and 1929. The mining of a small tonnage, high-grade magnetite deposit occurred in the 1940’s. A total of 57 copper occurrences have been located within a large zone of carbonate alteration that measures 12,000 feet long by up to 2,500 feet wide.
Description and Land Status:
The property consists of patented and public lands covering approximately 3,100 acres. Boxxer acquired a three year option to earn 80% interest in the Property under the terms and conditions below.
- Bonus payments of $10,000 on signing, $20,000 on the first anniversary of the agreement and $30,000 on the second anniversary of the agreement (all paid),
- Incurring exploration expenditures of $1,000,000.
- On earning the 80% interest in the property, the parties will enter into a joint venture.
