Elmer B. Stewart, P. Geo, President & CEO and Director
Mr. Stewart has a Masters Degree in Geology and over 32 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. Mr. Stewart has been involved in putting five gold mines into production. Mr. Stewart was the President of Alhambra Resources Ltd., a junior gold resource company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Colin B. Christensen, Vice-President and Director
Mr. Christensen has a Commerce Degree and has been directly involved in the administration, financing, and operations of junior public resource companies for the past 15 years. Mr. Christensen has investigated mineral opportunities in North America and Central Asia, and was President of Boxxer from 2002 until January 2008.
Gerald L. Roe, Director
Mr. Roe has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University and has been actively involved in the Canadian and international oil and gas industry for 36 years. Mr. Roe was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded oil and gas company operating in the North Sea.
William T. Kilbourne, Director
Mr. Kilbourne received his LL.B. and JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 1962 and his B.A. Economics from Yale in 1956. Mr. Kilbourne has an extensive history of executive positions within the mining and oil and gas industries, most of which trade on public markets.
Brian C, Harder, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harder is a Chartered Accountant and has 25 years of accounting and management experience in the oil and Gas and mineral business. Mr. Harder was a former Controller of Eurasia Gold Corp.
John Maslanyk, VP and Chief Investment Officer
John Maslanyk has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Winnipeg and has enjoyed a successful career in the investment industry with T.D. Waterhouse, Union Securities Ltd. and Raymond James Ltd. covering a broad range of investments.
David Yancie, Director
David Yancie has acted in an advisory capacity; has been a director of several companies; and has coordinated and established markets to sell products and commodities internationally. Mr. Yancie owns and operates a large agricultural business in southern Alberta and brings many years of solid business experience to the Corporation along with a broad knowledge of the financial sector. Mr. Yancie has been involved in the junior resource business for a number of years and is a shareholder of the Corporation. |
